EXPLORE THE MUSHROOMS AT HIDDEN VALLEY NATURE CENTER, JEFFERSON, WITH GREG MARLEY
Friday, July 29, 9-noon, join world famous mycologist and author Greg Marley in a tour of HVNC. Greg has for decades been teaching about the many mushroom species right in our backyards in Maine that are delicious to eat and may confer a number of health benefits. If there's a champion for fungus, it's Marley, named one of three finalists for its annual Cookbook Award by International Association of Culinary Professionals in the culinary history category. Reservations required: www.hvnc.org, email@example.com or 586-6752.
