In this four day session, we'll concentrate on basic cooking skills in the context of regional Italian cuisine. Students will prepare classic dishes and enjoy a delicious lunch featuring their creations at the end of class each day. Fee includes all food and instruction. Classes take place at Tie Your Apron, 10 Longmeadow Way, Acton, Massachusetts.

Rebecca Scheier is the owner of Tie Your Apron Culinary Events( offering cooking classes and parties at 10 Longmeadow Way, Acton. Rebecca is a graduate of The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and the president of its alumni board of directors, has achieved the designation of CCP(Certified Culinary Professional) from the International Association of Culinary Professionals and is ServSafe certified. A strong believer in local, seasonal and sustainable food, Rebecca is a member of Slow Food Boston and Chefs Collaborative, and she is enrolled as a Chef in Michelle Obama's Chefs Move To Schools program. She has taught cooking to children and adults privately, at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and at Create-A-Cook in Newton, Massachusetts.
